But when his daughter said Daddy, I think that man is going to rob that store, he went to investigate. Campbell said the robbery suspect fled on foot, but when he saw Essex, he forced a woman from her car at gunpoint and drove away. Discussion of an ordinance aimed at establishing a broad communication link between county government and residents in the unincorporated area is expected to highlight a meeting here tonight (Thursday). A class in color analysis will be offered at Utah Technical College during winter quarter with registration for continuing students beginning Monday, for new students on Dec. 12. Barbara Watson, color consultant, will teach the course offered through the external programs and continuing education division. The class will teach students how to look at the undertone of the skin to see how different colors affect skintone.
