BLANCHARD Well, last Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Viewmont High the mighty Darts defeated the Vikings Taylor of the Darts had the game high of 35 points. This was the second time this season the Darts have defeated the Vikings in the final seconds of the game. The game was a back and forth struggle, neither team was able to open up a lead of more than three points after the first quarter. Taylor put the topping on the game with a three point play in the final seconds, the Darts went on to win it game, the final was Taylor had the game high of 30 62-6- points. 58-6- 58-6- 0. ATTENDING the game was BYU head coach Frank Arnold and head coach Jerry Pimm of the University of Utah. The Darts fell Friday night to a strong Woods Cross team. Brian averages 29.4 points per game, the highest average in the state, and so far this year no team has been able to stop him. Art Festival Held At Cook Elem. School The week of Feb. will 8-- be the Cook Elementary School's art festival. The goal is to help students choose a talent they are interested in and to start using and developing that talent while they are young so someday they could use their talent in their career or profession. THERE WILL be displays of the students work such as models, art, ceramics, dolls, woodwork, collections of all kinds. Each day three talented people will share their talent with the students.
