Bambrough Dies At 94 Years Services Held For Reed Van Fleet Willard Mathew son June 1, 1940 in Bountiful, d Their marriage was later in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a high priest in the Farmington 5th Ward solm-nize- and was a former temple work- er in the Ogden LDS Temple. He was a former advisor in the Bambrough, 94, of 1738 S. 4000 W. , Syracuse, died Aug. 13, 1982 at his home of causes incident to age. He was born April 2, 1888 in South Weber, the son of Matthew and Emily Wilkinson Bambrough. He married Adlina V. Hakenson Nov. 5, 1914, and their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. (Gladys) Barnes, HE MARRIED Princess Taylor Aug. 17, 1937 in Ogden and their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS FUNERAL SERVICES were held Monday in the Syracuse 6th Ward Chapel with Bishop Boyd Beazer officiating. The family prayer was given by James A. Mickey; prelude and adult Aaronic Priesthood program and a former stake missionary. He served as a Sunday school superintendant and in a MIA presidency. He was a veteran of World War II and was a building contractor who specialized in rock work. well-know- n HE IS survived by his wife of Farmington; daughter, Mrs. REED WALLACE Reed Wallace Van Fleet, age 65 of Farmington, died Aug. 13 in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 21, 1917 in Farmington, the son of Heber J. and Mary Ellen Blamires Van Fleet. HE MARRIED Ruth Harri- - Lyle (Kris) Miller, Layton; son Dennis R. Van Fleet, Farmington; four grandchildren; brothers, Gordon Van Fleet, Farmington; Frank Van Filet, Wilder, Ida.; sister, Mrs. Reed (Norma) Larsen, San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Dean. Funeral services were held Aug. 17 in the Farmington Rock Chapel. Interment in the Farmington City Cemetery. and great-great- - member of the student madres. He attended WSC postlude music by Laurie Florence; invocation by Harold Pratt; a tribute by Mart Kearsley; speakers were Bishop Don Rentmeister and from the Clearfield Naval Supply Depot. He made South Weber his home for 25 years and resided in Roy for a year and in Oakland, Calif. , another year. His remaining 66 years were spent in Syracuse. Pres. The benediction by Harvey Petersen. of the Syracuse 6th Ward he was a Sunday school teacher, superintendent of the MIA and ordinance worker in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and a high priest group leader for a long time. The Syracuse 6th Ward High Priest Quorum was the honorary pallbearers. Surviving is his widow of Syracuse; sons and daughters, Mil- - open house for him at his home, 516 Marva Ave., Sunday, Aug. 29 after 4 p.m. The returning Elder is a graduate of Layton High and Seminary. He married Burton Aug. 8, 1981 in the Ogden LDS Temple. Mr. Rhoades had been employed by the U.S. Forest Service and the Clearfield Naval Supply Depot. He was on the track team and a grandchildren. Elder Paul J. Dupaix has recently returned from the Belgium Netherlands Amsterdam Mission. He is the son of Francis W. and Maurine Dupaix. He will report Aug. 29 at 11 a.m. in the Layton 8th Ward, 1015 N. Emerald Ave. HIS PARENTS will host an Carl Thomas Rhoades, age 68, of 2047 N. 2000 W., Clinton, died July 24, 1982 in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City of a heart attack. He was born Sept. 11, 1913 in Benjamin, Ut., the son of William Thomas and Ellen Caroline Selin Rhoades. Elder Darren Barker, son of Bishop and Mrs. Russell L. Barker, formerly of Syracuse, now living in Weisbaden, Germany, has been called to serve in the Hong Kong Mission. Mrs. Dale 36 two Temple. Mr. Bambrough was a farmer many years and retired Nuel H. Bambrough, 111.; Accepts Mission P. (Ina) Williams, Sunnyvale, Calif.; 29 grandchildren, Elder Dupaix Returns Rites Held For Carl T. Rhoades HE WAS reared in Hanna and Tabiona, Utah and lived in Salt Lake City and Ogden before moving to Clinton. He was a member of the Clinton 5th Ward and had served an LDS mission in the Central States Mission. He had served as a counselor and ward clerk and in several ward bishoprics. He was a temple worker in the Ogden Temple at the time of his death, and had been a temple worker for ten years. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. Surviving are his widow of Clinton; a son, Bruce Bloomington, Barker ELDER READ ELDER TSO Elder Chris W. Read, son of Lewis G. and Virginia Read of 871 Oxford Drive, Kaysville, has been called to serve an LDS mission in the Melbourne, Australia Field. Steven Tso, son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Pedro, Ganado, Ariz., and Foster son of Mr. and Mrs. Simpson Day of Layton, returned home Aug. HE WILL speak at the Kaysville 10th Ward Sacrament meeting, located at 1039 E. Crestwood Road on Sunday, Aug. 29 at noon. Elder Read is a graduate of Davis High School and seminary and attended Brigham Young University, where he was a member of the soccer team. He earned his Duty to God award and is also an Eagle Scout. HE WILL enter the Mission Training Center on Thursday, Sept. 9. His parents will honor him with an open house reception on Tuesday evening, Sept. 7 between the hours of 9 p.m. and invite his many friends and neighbors to visit with him 'l'en. vsb 7-- 24, from serving in the Tempe, Arizona Mission.
