Eligibility for the low interest home loans is determined by income guidelines, previous home ownership history and creditworthiness. A ceiling is also placed on the purchase price of a new or existing home. The program will run from June 14 to July 20 with programs on Tuesdays at the north branch and on Wednesdays at the headquarters library in Farmington and at the south branch in Bountiful.
