The Miss Bountiful Area Scholarship Pageant, sponsored RICK KREBS Krebs Given Eagle Award by the Bountiful Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held at the Viewmont High School on Friday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. Young women living in the - CENTERVILLE Rick J. Krebs received his Eagle Scout Award at the annual Scout Banquet held March 5 in the Centerville Fifth Ward. Rick is the son of Larry J, Krebs and Marianne Miles Parson and the grandson of Maxine Miles Burnham of Centerville. Farmington, Centerville, West Bountiful, Woods Cross, Bountiful and North Salt Lake areas who are between the ages of 17 and 24 are encouraged to apply to become a contestant. If they are 17 years old they are required to be graduating seniors in high school and those who have graduated may or may not be attending college. One additional requirement is that the W. West Bountiful City is encouraging people to make Arbor Day a family project where they can plant their own tree in the park. She was sworn into office at ceremonies held recently at the Holiday Inn, Provo. Her appointment fills a vacancy created when Utah Jayceettes' a President Kathy Salatino moved from the area. Mrs. Arbuckle has served as president of the Bountiful Jaycee Auxiliary, and as internal vice president and regional rector of the Utah Jayceettes. Her state Jayceettes awards in- clude Outstanding Local President, State Officer of the Year, and Wife of the Year.
