This is just one of the many classes offered through Continuing Education. Designed for students who cannot attend regular day classes, continuing education is also for students interested in a subject not being taught during usual class hours. classes such as Professional Dog Grooming, "Intro to Clogging" and Caring for House Plants are also available. The continuing education program is a verstile way of education: tailored for people, said Daphne Dailey, who works in the department. Other alternatives for those who wish to take classes but are unable to commute to the campus may be interested in Outreach Classes or Telecourses. Outreach Classes are offered locations. They in Non-cred- it can be found from Nephi, Utah to Panaca, Nevada and a few places in between. The Telecourses are being offered on television through channel 7, KUED. Subjects include Shakespearean plays and computer programming. Night Classes are designed for business administration majors. Participating students may earn a degree by attending these evening classes. Regular-dastudents may take these courses but must pay the extra fee. The Teacher Education Department at SUSC and USU jointly offer graduate-degre- e programs in Elementary Education. The Cooperative Masters Degree Program has been especially tailored to meet the needs of the teacher.
