Competing teams played a total of 54 holes, 36 in Logan and 18 at a country club in Smithfield. Weber State College finished first, with Brigham Young University taking second and Utah State University third. Stuart Adams was SUSCs top player, finishing with scores of 67, 74 and 78 for a total of 221. Kris Abbeglen fired rounds of 73, 77 and 77 for a total of 227. The team had a total of 1166 points. The match was the last for the SUSCs golf team until March. All players must qualify before the spring quarter with an average score of 72. Basketball season tickets now on sale Applications for reserved seat season tickets at Southern Utah State College basketball games are now being accepted at the Physical Education Building, said SUSC Athletic Director Steve Lunt. Scholarship donors who have contributed $325 or more will be given first priority among applicants, Lunt said. Lunt said reserved seat season tickets will be honored at all homes games, exclualng the Color and Country Classic tourney (December postseason home games. Reserved seat season passes sell for $37.50. while general admission season tickets will cost $27.50. Single game reserved seat tickets will cost $4 when available. They will be sold only on game nights at the fieldhouse box office, Lunt said.
