career But no one ever said Jacqueline Auriol is average A French aviation pioneer she was the first woman in the world to cross the sound barrier That was in 1953 at the speed of 6625 miles per hour Now in 1981 she’s skyrocketing with a new career on the board of directors of Avon France the French company of the worldwide cosmetic firm Avon Products Inc Jacqueline Auriol has never been a conformist In 1947 she raised eyebrows in Paris with her obsession for flying As daughter-in-laof the then French was Auriol Vincent she president expected to fly social circles wasn’t her It high fact is that cosmetics helped tremendously I set a great deal of store by them” she said remembering the accident that forced her to take more care of her face than the average woman Additionally her
