Mrs. Zundel was granted special permission to leave the mission field due to the death of her mother Mrs. R.T. (Jane Hess) Nish of Logan. Funeral services were held for Mrs. Nish in the Belmont Ward Chapel in West Fielding Wednesday. Flo Munson attended a photoreporting clinic for Deseret News correspondents held in the conference room in the Deseret News building in Salt Lake City Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Burton accompanied by Mrs. Norman Petersen of Bountiful and Mrs. Jerry Robison of Mont Rose, attended a wedding ceremony in the Logan LDS temple Friday monring where Miss Sylvia Burton became the bride of Ronald Earl Crane. A wedding breakfast for the bridal party hosted by Mrs. Mildred Crane of Herriman was held at Maddox. In the evening a Garden reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Petersen in Bountiful. Attending from this area were Mr. and Mrs. Leland Burton and daughter Nelda, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Burton and son Daren, Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Burton, Bishop and Mrs. Ross Rudd, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Roche. Mrs. Ray Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Wilcox accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Bigham of Elwood attended a wedding reception in compliment to Mr. and Mrs. Brent (Tiffany Coon) Lundberg held at the Willow Creek Country club in Salt Lake City Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Wilcox remained in Salt Lake City overnight and enjoyed visiting Cascade Homes Saturday. years did a half day librarians work and the other half as a remedial reading teacher. When certified librarians were cut out of the elementary schools, Mrs. Anderson became a full time teacher of remedial reading, the position she now holds. In 1951 Mrs. Anderson received a BS degree from USU. She holds a Professional Certificate for Elementary Education and Early Childhood and also a Basic Professional Began Teaching Mrs. Anderson began her career with an teaching associate degree in elementary education after two years at Weber college. She began teaching in a one room school at Clear Creek, with 15 students and taught the second, third, fourth, fifth and seventh grades. Since that time she has taught at Collinston, Plymouth, Bothwell, Garland and Tremonton at the McKinley school. Most of her years have been spent teaching first grade schools she was qualified for that position, and so for four Certificate Librarian in Elementary and Remedial Reading. This fall Mrs. Anderson is on hours and 55 minutes on a recent day they received no calls reporting crimes or accidents. A spokesman said that on a normal day an average of 20 calls are received from 9:15 a.m. to 2:10 p.m., when the lull occurred. He attributed the faculty at the new McKinley school in Tremonton.
