Bourne 11 Michael Lawrence Bourne, infant son of Larry Vern and Margaret Jane Bright Bourne, died Sept. 5 at Seaside, Calif., of natural causes. He was born Sept. 3, 1973, at Ft. Ord, Calif. His parents are members of the LDS church. Surviving are his parents of Marina, Calif.; one brother, Kevin M. Bourne, Marina; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Don Bourne, East Garland; Mrs. Alice M. Bright and Clyde A. Bright, both of Ogden; Mr. and Mrs. Loran P. Miller, Wellsville; Adrun Bright, Richmond; Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Adams, Logan. Dilworth Arthur Franklin Dilworth, 47, Corinne, died Saturday night at a Salt Lake hospital of natural C811S6S. He was born Oct. 22, 1925, in Joplin, Mo., the son of Clyde F. and Orda E. Goade Dilworth. He married Betty Fenton on Jan. 14, 1949, in San Diego, Calif. He was a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Mines. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a chemical engineer at Thiokol Chemical corporation. He resided in Corinne for the past 15 years. He had been active in the Boy Scouts, serving as troop committeeman and assistant scoutmaster of Brigham Troop 'James (Cynthia) Glover, Brigham City; one grandson; his father and a sister, Delores Munday, both of Joplin, Mo. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday in the Brigham City Baptist church with Rev. John Embery conducting. Burial was in the Corinne cemetery, under the direction of the Olsen Funeral chapel. Shirley Weaver Shirley Weaver, 68, of 3046 Porter, Ogden, died Saturday at his residence of cancer. He was born Nov. 7, 1904, in Perry, a son of James A. and Dora S. Jensen Weaver. He married Frances Alta Hopkins on June 24, 1925, in the Salt Lake LDS temple. He worked for General Mills (Sperry) and Defense Depot Ogden. He moved from Perry to Ogden at the age of 16 where he has resided since. He was educated in Box Elder grandchildren and eight one half-broth- and one Albert Richard Cottle, Oregon, and Mrs. Della W. Sanford, Antioch, Calif. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in the Garland Second Ward chapel. Friends may call half-siste- r, at Rogers mortuary, Tremonton, Friday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. until service. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery, Tremonton. Ann Hadfield Hess. She was married to Robert T. Nish on Aug. 8, 1903. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS temple. Survivors Arthur five grandchildren; great-grandchildre- schools. She was born Jan. 12, 1886, in Farmington to William A. and Stella Rose Stella A. Wadsworth Rose, died Tuesday Garland, 77, at Valley hospital in Tremonton of natural causes. She was born Spet. 10, 1896, in Hooper, a daughter of James Orson and Carrie G. William Wadsworth. She lived in Black Pine and Stone, Idaho; Snowville and Tremonton before moving to Garland in 1960. She was married to Frank A. Rose on Nov. 1, 1915, in Ogden. She was a member of the LDS church and had served as president and chorister of the primary, was a member of the presidency of the YWMIA, Relief Society visiting teacher and Sunday school teacher. Survivors Survivors include: step mother, Mrs. Maxine Gale Taylor, Brigham City; three brothers, LaMont D. Taylor, San Diego, Calif.; Rodney J. Taylor Brigham City; Robert W. Taylor, half Arizona; brother, Robert F. Checketts, three half sisters, Mrs. Don (Sharon) Linda Spinney, Checketts, both of Brigham City, Mrs. Rick (Carol) Garcia, Price; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Olsen, River Heights. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Brigham City Third LDS ward chapel. Friends may call at the Olsen-FeFuneral home, 205 South First East, Friday 7 to 9 .m. and Saturday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Brigham City cemetery. Seven county men enlist in U.S. Army Seven more Box Elder county men have decided to join the Army, it was announced this week by SFC Joe Lessard local Army recruiter for the Box Elder county.
