Show Judge Michael J. Wilkins - Utah Court of Appeals (Serving all counties of Utah) Judge Michael J. Wilkins was appointed to the Utah Court of Appeals in August 1994 by 0. Leavitt, and currently serves as Associate Presiding Judge. He received his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1977. From 1977 to 1994 he was engaged in private law practice in Salt Lake City. He chairs the judiciarys Standing Gov. Michael Committee on Technology, is a member of the Utah Information Technology Commission, Associate Presiding Judge of the Court of Appeals, a member of the Board of Appellate Court Judges, and has previously served on other committees and boards, including the Joint Committee on Court Security and the Supreme Court Task Force on Video in the Courtroom.
