Parker said the biggest issue in Saratoga Springs right now is growth. Residents need to talk about ways to preserve the rural atmosphere they all value and still allow developers to meet their business needs, he said. Hubbard said she's been frustrated at town meetings because officials aren't listening to residents. Government officials need to know who they work for, she said.
