DONALDSON Herald Correspondent i EPHRAIM Austin Russell of i Ephraim has been named Senior ' Program administrator in Ephraim, taking the place of Helen Rigby who has resigned that position, effective Dec. 31. A spokesperson from the Six County Area Agency on Aging said, "Mrs. Rigby has done an exceptional job for many years. She has always been willing to go the extra mile to ensure Ephraim Seniors are well served and have good quality and progressive activities and services." After conducting interviews in co- operation with the Ephraim City Aging Board, the Six County Area Agency on Aging staff, Ross Bumgardner and Judy Fullmer awarded the position to Russell.
