Reg. 17.50 J?) long-sleeve- d MARK EGGETT Michael McCormick of Pleasant Grove and Mark Ronald Eggett of Payson have won their Eagle Scout badge recently. Eggett is a member of Troop 97 of Spring Lake. Eggett, a member of the LDS Church, Spring Lake Ward, Payson East Stake, created a Christmas program for handicapped Primary children as his Eagle project. He performed a puppet show, organizing his scout troop as part of the program, made and served refreshments, and arranged for Santa Claus to visit and distribute gifts made by the scout troop to the children. He has been first counselor in his teachers quorum and team captain in Troop 97. He is. an honor student at Payson High School and during the summer served on the staff of the BSA White Water Kyack-in- g Camp for varsity scouts on the Salmon River. Eggett's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Eggett of Bountiful, Utah attended the award ceremonies. McCormick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry McCormick, has received his Eagle Award in ceremonies held in the Pleasant Grove East Stake Court of Honor. " Age 14, Mike is a member of troop 834 in Pleasant Grove. His hobbies are hunting, fishing, skiing, and riding his motorcycle. His favorite scouting activities are hiking and camping. He also plays the drum in the Pleasant Grove Junior High School band. Mike has received an award from Telephone Pioneers for his contribution of building bowling ramps for the handicapped.
