Perspiration, unable to reach the skin's surface, breaks through below. Irritating pimples and blisters erupt, usually near skin folds where heat and moixture accumulate. To help clear the condition and prevent secondary infection, skin should be kept clean, cool and dry. Cool showers followed by careful drying and a dusting of powder or cornstarch is recommended. Light, loose - fitting clothing and limited physical activity are also helpful.
