Walsh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard A. Foote of Provo has completed recuit training at the Marine Corps Recuit Depot, Parris Island, S.C. During the eight-wee- k training cycle, she was introduced to the typical daily routine that she will experience during her enlistment, and studied the personal and professional standards traditionally exhibited by Marines. She participated in an active physical conditioning program and gained proficiency in a variety of military skills including close order drill and first aid. Teamwork and were emphasized throughout the training cycle. Am. Fork Man Graduates From Cryptographic Class Navy Cryptologic Technician Seaman Preston S. Kay, son of Myrtle L. Kay of P.O. Box 245, American Fork, has been graduated from Basic Cryptologic Technician "R" School. The self paced course was conducted at the Naval Technical Training Cener, Penscola, Fla., and was designed to train students as Manual Morse InterceptElectronic Warfare Operators. Students received instruction on communications procedures and systems, the theory and operation of communications equipment, plus basic security safeguards. -- - MONTGOMERY, Ala. Maj. Gerald E. Ingalsbe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn A. Ingalsbe of 875 N. 50 W., Orem, is at- tending the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB, Ala. Major Ingalsbe will study advanced military leadership, management and the use of aerospace forces. The course is part of the Air University's professional education system and The major, a 1961 graduate of Orem High School, received a B.S. degree in 1965 from Utah State University and an M.A. degree in 1973 from Ball State University, Muncie, Ind.
