Show Sunda, Andersons to Celebrate Debra Sorrells to Wed Golden Wedding Date The children of Mr. and Mrs. Fay D. Anderson, Springville, will honor their, parents at a golden wedding anniversary garden reception Sunday, Sept. 1 at the home of their daughter and Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Kinross, 165 N. 1 W., Springville. Friends and relatives are invited to call between 4 and 7 p.m. They request no gifts. Mrs. Vera S. Anderson was born in Draper, the daughter of John R. and Georgiana Stocking. Mr. Anderson was born in Utida, Utah, a son of Oliver and Elizabeth Anderson. The couple were married in Blackfoot, Ida. Sept. 3, 1924. children: Anderson, Vancouver, Wash.; Mrs. William Robert (Ruth) Kinross, Springville; and Mrs. Burl (Janice) 37 Tenn. He graduated from West Side High School in Memphis and attended Memphis State University. While there he was active in football, baseball and other sports. The couple will be married at the Floyd Avenue Church of Christ, in Memphis. A reception will be held there following the ceremony. There will also be an open house at the home of the bride's parents, 170 E. 400 No. in American Fork on Sept. 24. Mr. Anderson retired in 1970 after 50 years with the Union Pacific Railroad and they moved to Springville. Mrs. Anderson has been active in the Relief Society, Primary and Sunday School.
