Show C-12 LEGALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Canyons Village Master Plan Amendment Development Agreement Amendment Located in the Canyons Resort Specially Planned Area Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-19 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing and possibly take action regarding the major amendment to the Canyons Resort Specially Planned Area Master Plan. The public hearing will be held: Tuesday, May 23, 2017 Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Sheldon Richins Building Auditorium 1885 West Ute Blvd, Park City, Utah 84098 Public hearing request to amend the Canyons Specially Planned Area Master Plan and Development Agreement, including the Land Use and Zoning Chart. The Canyons Development Agreement (DA) allocates the use, height, and maximum allowed square footage for each parcel within the Resort. The Development Agreement also included site specific design guidelines that include illustrative plans to help guide the design of each site. The proposed changes would reallocate the existing square footage, modify heights of structures, clarify how maximum height is measured and also change the illustrative layout of the resort core, given the current as-built stage. The amendments will involve parcels RC-5, RC-7, RC-14, RC-15, RC-16, RC-17/18, RC20, RC-21, EWD-4 and currently unplatted lands in the Lower Village neighborhood, LV-1A & 1B.
