The Court imposed a 0-5 year sentence at the Utah State Prison and a $5,000 fine. That sentence was suspended and the Court imposed a 180-day jail sentence. The Court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months and ordered the defendant to serve 180 day in jail with credit for 97 days served and complete other standard terms and conditions. Stephanie Marie Ure, 36, of Kamas, was sentenced for the offense of DUI, a Third Degree Felony. The Court imposed a 0-5 year sentence at the Utah State Prison. That sentence was suspended. The Court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 24 months and ordered the defendant to serve two days in jail to be followed by 60 days of monitored home confinement, pay a $1,500 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions. Margaret Linnea Klein, 29, of Tollgate, entered into a 24 month plea in abeyance to Reckless Endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor. The Court ordered the defendant to pay a $500 fee and complete other standard terms and conditions. Toua Vang, 36, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, entered a no contest plea to Attempted Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, a Class A Misdemeanor and Attempted Manufacture of a Vehicle Compartment for Contraband, a Class A Misdemeanor. The Court imposed a one year jail sentence and a $2,500 fine for each count. Those sentences were suspended and the Court placed the defendant on court probation for twelve months and ordered the defendant to serve four days in jail, pay a $2,000 fine and complete other standard terms and conditions. 259PARK AVE.COM 2983GREENBRIAR .COM Misdemeanor. The Court ordered the defendant to pay a $600 fee and complete other standard terms and conditions. Frank Stanton Hardee III, 41, of Kaplan, Louisiana, entered into an eighteen month plea in abeyance to Sexual Battery, a Class A Misdemeanor, Failure to Disclose Identity, a Class B Misdemeanor and Interference with Arresting Officer, a Class B Misdemeanor. The Court ordered the defendant to pay a $1,500 fee and complete other standard terms and conditions. Paul Christopher Johnson, 44, of Salt Lake City, entered a guilty plea to Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, a Class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Possession, Purchase or Transfer of a Dangerous Weapon, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession or Use of a Controlled Substance, a Class A Misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for June 26, 2017. Charity Christensen, 38, of Park City was sentenced on two counts of Theft by Deception, each Second Degree Felonies and one count of Forgery, a Third Degree Felony. The Court imposed the following sentences: Theft by Deception: 1-15 year sentence at the Utah State Prison, Theft by Deception: 1-15 year sentence at the Utah State Prison; Forgery: 0-5 year sentence at the Utah State Prison. Those sentences are to run concurrent to each other. Those sentences were suspended and the Court imposed a one year jail sentence for Theft by Deception, a Second Degree Felony. The Court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 48 months and ordered the defendant to pay restitution and complete other standard terms and conditions. Shane Daniel Lockhart, 31, of Murray, was sentenced for the offense of Failure to Respond to Officers Signal to Stop, a Third Degree Felony. The Court imposed a 0 to 5-year sentence at the Utah State Prison and a $5,000 fine. That sentence is to run concurrent to Case No. 161500454 and 161500455. That sentence was suspended and the Court imposed a 180-day jail sentence. The Court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months and ordered the defendant to serve 180 day in jail with credit for 97 days served and complete other standard terms and conditions.
