SEX ABUSE Police arrested Thomas Patrick Walsh, 23, of Payson on Tuesday, after interviewing two girls who said that he had touched them over 60 times. The girls are 12 and 10 years old. Police charged Walsh with 60 counts of aggravated sexual abuse. Court documents state that Walsh has had interaction with the girls since they were 8 years old, about once a week. Court documents stated that the girls pointed to pictures of where Walsh had touched them. They also said that Walsh touched them under their clothing. STOLEN MONEY JAR Kevin Marshall Thacker, 21, of Orem was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly took a money jar containing $1,000 and a silver coin from a relative's home.
