There will be no charge for and Mrs. Allan J. Sorensen of Men don announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jean, to Rodney N. Hess, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norris L. Tremonton Woman Elected To Council Mildred Shumway has been elected third vice president of the State Women's Legislative Council. In that position she will represent all the Affiliate Councils of the state on the Board of Directors. The Box Elder affiliate has had six representatives traveling to Salt Lake every Thursday during the 1977 session of the state legislature. During this time they have studied and investigat- - VHEATLEY ed issues before the public body for the purpose of influencing beneficial legislation. Representatives are: Nellie Wight, judiciary and government; Marge Jorgensen, human services; Berry Mis-ras- i, education; Alma Alex, environment and Ruth Iver-sotaxation. The final meeting of the Box Elder chapter will be April 13, 7:30 p.m. in the Tremonton City Building.
