Choir is directed by Mr. Carl Ashby. The Concert Band, under the direction of J. Golden Ward, will perform on December 14. They will be playing "Fiddler on the Rood" and "Black is the Color of My True Loves Hair." "Buglers Holiday" will be played by three trumpet trios. The Band will also play some old time Christmas favorites such as "Winter Wonderland," "We Wish You A Merry Christmas," and "The Twelve Days of Christmas." The LanSirs will also perform that night. They will do an arrangement of "Look What They've Done to My Song Ma" and "Gone At ' staff. UDOT Acting Community Relations Director James E. Johnston said, "This is the fourth year we have held these annual planning meetings. At first, attendance was sparse, but it has been increasing the last few years as the public better understands the purpose of the meetings." Johnston said the input from the meetings has proved to be a valuable e aid in the Department's process. "It has also been useful in identifying and solving more immediate problems," he said. Residents of Box Elder, Cache and Rich Counties will have an opportunity Thursday, Dec. 16, to voice their views regarding transportation improve- ments needed in their areas. The Utah Transportation Commission and officials from the Utah Department of Transportation will hold an Areawide Planning Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on that date in the Choral Room of Box Elder High School, 380 South 6th West, Brigham City. Utah Transportation Commissioner Charles E.
