Originally from Oregon, Mr. Edvalson met his wife, who is from Logan, while attending Utah State University. The couple have three children, Don, 15, a junior at Bear River High, Kristy, 13, an eight grader at Bear River Junior High and Scott, 10, a fifth grader at North Park. The family moved to Tremonton eight years ago after stints in Logan, Brigham City and Big Piney, Wyoming. Both are educators, although Mrs. Edvalson has given up the classroom for the e job of mother, church woman and community supporter. She graduated from Utah State in journalism, a skill which the Tremonton Sixth Ward has put to good use by making her ward editor. She also teaches a genealogy class. In previous years she has served as president of the Young Women's organization in four different wards, stake Sunday School secretary and teacher in the various organizations. Musically inclined, she has also served as chorister and A O Beef I I class in ballet for year olds is being taught in Portage by Karen Tollis, an experienced ballet teacher of five years front' Portland, Ore.
