"He's only wrestled for two years, but he's learned a lot and he's really working hard. He's trying to learn more," said Coach Bingham. "He's been working out since the start of football, lifting weights and running." Carter is more surprised about his own 0 standing than the identical standing of the team as a whole. Coach Bill Bingham has said he'll be satisfied if the Bears can whip Roy, Bonneville and Logan in the reg- 1 1 2 state animal, were illegally 4 killed during the 1976 elk and deer hunting seasons. Although some of the elk could have died as a result of wounding loss, that portion could only be a very small percentage of the illegal kill identified by conservation officers. During the 1975 seasons, illegal kills were well below this year's figures. Illegal elk kills in 1976 totaled 83, and 27 moose were killed either out of season or were mistaken for other game animals.
