J fey Story Reviewed 'V The book "Ah One - Ah Two" by Lawrence Welk was reviewed for members of the Tremonton - Garland Literary club recently by Dorris Peterson. The book is the story of Lawrence Welk and his relationship with his "musical family." It is the heartwarming story of Welk's triumphant return to television and the incredible comeback after being fired by the American Broadcasting Company when he was 68 years old. Broadcasting executives felt Welk, because of his age, lacked the appeal to the public that they wanted to project. The book is also a tribute to his loyal fans who helped encourage his return to TV and made his "musical family" more popular than ever. Hostess for the club meeting was Nona Rhead.
