Ms. Ugarkovich conies from the Dr. Charles G. Hibbard is the new chief of the History Office at Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB. Dr. Hibbard was formerly assigned to the Office of History, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hawaii. His familiarity with Hill, however, begins several years before his current job when he served here during his active duty military career. The historian's military career includes stateside and overseas assignments. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and a master's from the University of Southern California in the European Graduates Program while at RAF Upper Heyf ord, England. He received his Ph.D. in 1981 from the U of U. Dr. Hibbard's professional career Sacramento ALC, McClellan AFB, Calif., where she was deputy director of distribution. She began her government service in 1956 as a clerk-typiin Okinawa. In 1959, she returned to the states st and joined the Sacramento Air Eva C.
