The individual was allowed to sleep off his condition at security police headquarters before returning home. Thefts Two jackets were reported stolen from the NCO Club last week. The first coat, valued at $50, was reportedly stolen from the back of a chair while the owner was dancing. The second, valued at $72, was missing from the coat room. A commissary worker reported the theft of two rings from a coat she had left hanging on a metal coat rack near the facility's bagger entrance. The rings were valued at $2,300 and $1,295.
