The MaterielOrganic Manufacturing Support working group resolves situations" adversely affecting total maintenance operations, such as proper documentation of materiel usage, assuring availability of raw stock materiels, excessive back orders and shortfalls in maintenance support systems. Basically, any materiel support situation inhibiting maintenance personnel from completing their mission is placed under MOMS to be resolved. MOMS is working groups within each division, comprised of key personnel who know and understand the materiel support business. Under MOMS' grassroots approach, better identification of problems and a consolidated effort to correct the root cause has resulted. Even though MOMS is primarily a maintenance effort, the group crosses lines of other directorates. The Maintenance, one of which is development of a more thorough materiel support training plan. Implementation of this training will improve expertise of assigned materiel support personnel and reduce learning curves of newly hired personnel in the future. communication Inter-directora- pjfj i'fil'ily "Summer Spectacular" Programs DODGE ARIES IV DODGE DAYTONA door. 5 speed, power steering, 5 speed, 1171.
