Salt Lake City Westmore Holds Smile Week Under the sponsorship of the Westmore Students Council 'Smile Week" is being held at Westmore School. Each class in the school was asked to make thier own smile buttons which t'ipy would wear during the week. Those students who forgot for-got to wear their smile buttons but-tons were eligible for a small pinch by other students in his class. Some slogans on smile buttons read, "If you can't turn the corners up, let the middle sag,' and, 'A smile is a curved line that sets everything every-thing right." Rodeo Meet To Be Hosted Utah Technical College at Provo will be host Friday and Saturday to an official meet of the Rocky Mountain Region, National Na-tional Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, at the Spanish Fork Rodeo Arena. According to Russell Black, American Fork, who teaches drafting at Utah Tech at Provo' and coaches the rodeo team on the side, teams are expected from 14 Utah and Idaho colleges and universities in the Rocky Mountain Region. There will be three performances, perform-ances, Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Competition will count toward the coming National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Associ-ation meet. The public is welcome. wel-come. Professional rodeo stock will be used, and some of the finest performances in the West are expected from top young rodeo performers on the rodeo teams of the 14 member institutions. Rodeo Royalty from Utah Tech will preside at the weekend meet. They were selected Tuesday night in competition sponsored by the Utah Technical Tech-nical College at Provo Rodeo Club.
