Show Legal Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to House Bill No. 9, Second Special Session of the Legislature of the State of Utah, amending sections 53-4-3, 53-4-6 and 53-5-7, Utah Code Annotated, An-notated, 1953, relating to Boards of Education of School Districts; providing for the terms of office and election of County and City School Board members. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 11, 1972, at 7:30 p.m., in the Little Theater of the Pleasant Grove High School, Pleasant Grove, Utah, for the purpose of reapportioning and setting the boundaries of the respective school board precincts pre-cincts within the Alpine School District. A copy of the proposed reapportionment re-apportionment boundaries will be on file with the County Clerk and available for public inspection prior to the public hearing. Whereas, a petition has been filed with Orem City by the owners of real property situated within the territory lying contiguous con-tiguous to the present corporate limits of Orem City, UtahCounty, Utah, to-wit; contiguous to an existing R-l-A Zone at approximately approx-imately 1600 North and 400 to 800 East, Orem, Utah, which owners, John W. and Donna M. Gillman, have caused an accurate plat of said real property to be made, under the supervision of the Orem City Engineer, and have filed a certified copy thereof there-of in the office of the Orem City Recorder, together with a petition peti-tion in writing directed to Orem City, signed by the owners herein above stated, requesting the same to be annexed to the City of Orem, and the real property in said plat being more particulary described de-scribed as follows: Commencing U76.2 ft.
