Miss Harris is a graduate of Orem High School and the L.D.S. Seminary. While attending high school, she was a member of the A Cappella Choir, HonorSociety, Thespian Club, and Tigerettes. She has been attending Brigham Young University where she has participated in the A Cappella Choir. Mr. Geddes is a graduate of North Cache High School and has been attending Brigham Young University. Hj has fulfilled an L.D.S. mission to North Germany. He has been accepted at the University Uni-versity of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he will finish his education in dentistfy. Investigating officers said the car, driven by Kelley Hendrick-son, Hendrick-son, 293 N. 900 W., Provo, was heading east on 1200 North at approximately 130 East when the tote gote driven by Leon Olsen, 865 Memo Drive, ran into its path. In the deep South many boating fans are on the water most of the winter, but in most of the nation June is the season to get back on the lakes and streams. Boating accidents are becoming be-coming more prevalent each season, as more comparative amateurs acquire boats and take to the water. Pamphlets on boating boat-ing safety are available in many sporting goods stores and at boat and motor dealers. If you have a boat, and even if you think you know how to handle it, play it safe; get a safety booklet and study it. Common sense and ftood manners are cardinal safety principles in boating. Show respect re-spect for other boats, swimmers and fishermen. It doesn't take much knowledge of boating to know that a big lake on a windy day can be dangerous for small craft. Know the capacity of your boat and don't overload it. Don't stand up or change seats in a small craft while it is under way. Make certain your boat contains life preservers for each passenger. Life jackets are an excellent idea for small children and non-swimmers. Only an irresponsible skipper skip-per will buzz a dock, wharf or anchored craft. You may miss. Reduce speed through anchorages. an-chorages. Your wake can damage other property. Avoid boating too close to water skiers, fishermen and other boats. Don't jump or dive from a moving boat. You may have the breath knocked out of you, or hit floating float-ing debris. Stay within easy range of the shore on large bodies of water. Sudden squalls can play havoc with the unwary boats-man. boats-man. If your boat overturns, stay with it. The chances are that sooner or later someone will pick you up.
