PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PRELIMINARY SITE PLAN SILVER CREEK BUSINESS PARK HIGHWAY 40SILVER CREEK COMMERCE CENTER CEN-TER PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss a minor permit per-mit to allow an additional addi-tional use of a coffee shop, with the approved architects office, in the Iver's "Red Barn" located at 1352 West White Pine Canyon Road. THe meeting is scheduled for January 13, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Burns Fire Station, located at 730 Bitner Road, Park City, Utah. The applicant, Jack Thomas is requesting approval of a coffee shop in the historic Red Barn located on Hwy 224 off of White Pine Canyon Road. The building was approved for an architects office previously, pre-viously, and the coffee cof-fee shop would be in addition to that office use. The minor permit per-mit is processed under the Preservation of Historic Structures Ordinance 303 of the Snyderville Basin. The Planning Commission will be asked to consider if the proposed coffee shop use is appropriate appropri-ate for and consistent consis-tent with the provisions provi-sions of Ordinance 303 Section Two.
