The hearing will be held on May 12, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Marsac Municipal Building, 445 Marsac Avenue. Krieger held back in the race until tfw final lap, when she passed two runners ahead of her and cruised to a six-second win. The final Park City individual result on the track was turned in by Tara Reeves who finished fifth in the 200-meter dash. Park City's relays had a pair of seconds in the 4X100 and the medley relay, as well as a fourth-place fourth-place finish in the 4X400. In the medley, the second-place finisher in the 800, Adams, ran the third leg just minutes after her run in the 800. She also ran a 400-meter leg in the 4X400 relay, giving her a total of 1,600 meters, all at top speed, earning Adams either the respect of her peers or a trip to the funny farm. In the field events, Park City had one winner. Camille Jackman won the shot put competition with a toss of 29-34. Three other Miners earned points in the field, with Cristin Roberts taking fourth in the high Men's Golf Association begins May 1 The Park City Men's Golf Association will open its 1994 season with the annual Icebreaker. This year's event will take place on Sunday, May 1 at the Park City Municipal Golf Course. Play will feature a four-man four-man scramble format and will begin at 9 a.m. All members of the men's association are asked to register by 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the event. For the boys' team there were two winners, one each on the track and in the field. Taylor Mammen won the 300-meter hurdles, to go with a fifth in the 110 hurdles, and Jack Sloan won the pole vault. Sloan won easily, entering the competition at 10 feet and clearing 10, 10-6 and 11 on his first tries. Heading to 11-6 there was only one competitor other than Sloan remaining: Aaron Hicker of Wasatch. Sloan cleared the bar on his second try while Hicker missed in all three of his attempts, thus giving Sloan the win. Sloan, who has already qualified for the state meet, attempted 12-6 three times but was unsuccessful. Jess Jones finished the pole vault in fifth place. Sloan also finished second in the long jump, with a leap of 19 feet. Shane Moss took a pair of thirds in the shot put and the discus. The top three in both events were the same: Tad Baltzer of Emery in first with Union's Matthew Bertoch finishing second and Moss third. Park City's final field result came in the javelin, where Peter Rich took sixth. Pairs of results, in addition to Mammen's, came from Peter Chudleigh and Josh Covington. Chudleigh took second in the 1,600 and fourth in the 800, while Covington was fourth in the 200 and sixth in the 100.
