You could simply ask them, "Where can you buy tofu hotdogs, Evanston, WY or Park City?" Until Fairweather Natural Foods, on 1270 Ironhorse Drive opened, Evanston was the correct answer. Even if tofu hotdogs don't wet your appetite, Fairweather has other offerings including organic coffee, a variety of juices such as papaya, apricot and lemonade, soy milk and soy ice cream. Owner Mclinda Botkin Lee says she hopes customers use the store a variety of different ways. Her number one concern is good nutrition and educating people about the environment and vegetarianism, she says.
