The production is scheduled to run the last two weeks of August, with a final performance per-formance on Labor Day, and rehearsals will begin in June. The theater board and show director, Michael Carrasco, have set a policy that children must be at least eight years old to audition, au-dition, and those under age 12 wishing to audition will need to bring a parent with them, which parent will also be asked to commit to the rehearsal performance schedule to help "shepherd" children who are cast.
