XT 580 East Main Street 781-2595 Churches to hold special Christmas Eve services Many churches in Vernal are holding candlelight Christmas Christ-mas Eve services in addition to their regular Sunday morning services on Dec. 24. All are invited in-vited to attend. The First Baptist Church, 2100 W. Highway 40, will hold a candlelight service at 5 p.m. Pastor Randy Myers will give a short message on light as the theme of Christmas. Ashley Valley Calvary Chapel, Cha-pel, 2550 West 500 North, will hold a candlelight service at 10 a.m. In the evening the church and other volunteers from the community are delivering dinners din-ners to those who normally benefit from Meals on Wheels. . Vernal Christian Church, 1845 West 750 South, will hold their candlelight service at 7 p.m. St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 226 W. Main, will hold a candlelight candle-light service at 10:15 p.m. with another special service 12 days after Christmas on Jan. 7 at 10 a.m. Kingsbury Community United Unit-ed Church of Christ, 65 East 100 North, will hold their traditional tradition-al Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m. with music and a pageant.
