Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stoker Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Keith Nosak of Mid vale, Mr. and Mrs. How-ard JIarker and Bishop and Mrs. H. A. Cheever. Spending Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Louis DeCol was Mrs. Lynn Walker of Grang-er. Edith DeCol spent the week end in Granger with Mr. and 'Mrs. Lynn Walker and family. Mr. and Mrs. William Rus.-e- ll and family of Salt Lake City spent Tuesday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Poulson. Record club was held Saturday at the home of Jimmy Chadwkk. Those attending were Janice Nix, Linda ,Abplana)p, Karen Olson, Patricia Curtis, Marjorie jSax, Joan Fike, Sharon Pcter-Iso- n, Connie Tanner, Roy Hatch, David Stocks, Bob Davis, Harold Jenkins, Stanley Pullan, Bill English, Robin Coward, Elsie Stoker and Jimmy Chadwick. Light refreshments were served and Mrs. Harold Anderson and children, Eddie, Claudia and Kathy, of American Fork. A luncheon was held Thursday in Salt Lake City to wish Mrs. Ruby Crellin "Happy Birthday". Helping the honoree to celebrate the occasion were Norene Smer-noff- , Ceno Fike, Harriet Bolton, Norma Boulton, Clara Sy brow-sk- y, Maxie Johnson and Carol Cook. Mrs. Crellin was present-ed a gift by the group. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cowdcll and daughters, Shirlene and Terry Lynn, left Tuesday to make their home in Washington where Marion will train and play baseball. He flew in Sunday ev-ening to drive his family back with him. Everyone had a lovely time. A stork shower was held Wed-nesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Diederich for their daughter, Mrs. Ann Urry. ss was Mrs. Wil-liam Peterson. Those in attend-ance were Mrs. Diederich, Mrs. Kate Peterson, Mrs. Urry, Mrs. Viola Milner, Mrs. Agnes Milner, Mrs. Jessie Sax, Mrs. Vida Poul- - Friday evening. Mr. and Mrs. George Abplan-alp took their daughter, Doris, and Colleen Larson, back to BYU at Provo Sunday evening. The girls were home spending the week end with their families. Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Coleman were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Doug Stoker of Midvale Friday evening. Mrs. Albert Pollock visited Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Long and dau-ghters, Linda and Claudia, Wed-nesday afternoon. Tuesday evening the Mutual class of Mrs. Allie Colyar enjoy-ed their lesson at the home of Linda Long. Attending besides Mrs. Colyar and Linda were Linda Lee Smernoff, Montez Hansen, Peggy Blake, Bonnie Harker, Nancy Crellin and Lin-da Brisk. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Stanley Long af-ter the class was held. Study Guild met Monday ev-ening at the horn of Mrs. Mary Zaccaria with Mrs. Neva Jensen as eohostess. Program for the evening was a book review giv-en by Mrs. Larson from the Salt Lake County Library at Midvale. She reviewed "The Olive Tree". Light refreshments were served to 28 members and two guests. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Long were Mr. and Mrs. George Mang and Georgie. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Stoker of Midvale were dinner guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Lawr-ence Coleman and daughter Rena Joy. Enjoying a show in Salt" Lake City Thursday evening were Rena Joy Coleman, Bobbie Lee and Johnny Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Smernoff visited with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nichols Tuesday evening to wish birthday congratulations to Mrs. Nichols. Meeting at the home of Reeves Dahlstrom Wednesday evening to plan a scouting trip were Paul McMullin, Johnny Johnson, Kent Simkins, Dennis Scroggin and Dale Anderson. The hoys will camp overnight Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Mike DeCol spent the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis DeCol. Mr. and 'Mrs. Earl DeCol of Riverton were Monday afternoon guests at the Louis DeCol home.
