Show BINGHAM CENTRAL SCHOOLNOTES Each year the schools of Jordan Jor-dan district are asked to participate partici-pate in projects of helpfulness in connection with A.C.E.I. (Association (Associ-ation of Childhood Education International). In-ternational). At present the Utah president of this organization is Freda Jensen, the primary supervisor super-visor of Jordan District. Our cooperative effort in the past has helped to increase the happiness of children in the pediatric ward of Salt Lake General hospital. They are now in need of a wheel chair, cost of which is $98.00. Bingham Central has accepted the responsibility of obtaining one to present to them according to Principal Ira E. Moss. Parents are asked to please help us to show our gratitude for the use of our limbs by giving what assistance as-sistance they can to their children child-ren in support of this drive. Closing P-TA Meeting Dated For May 14 Final meeting of the Bingham Central P-TA for the present school year has been set for Monday Mon-day evening, May 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the school auditorium according to Mrs. Wesley Longfellow, Long-fellow, P-TA president. New officers of-ficers will be installed by Supt. Arthur E. Peterson. Program for the evening will be put on by the fourth, fifth and sixth grades. grad-es. The public is invited. |
