Show 8 Yaffil ExpT8St NOTICE OF INTENTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of May 1989, the Mayor and City Council of Vernal City, Uintah County, Utah, declared de-clared its intention to create cre-ate a 400 South Construction Construc-tion Project. It is the intention in-tention of the City Council Coun-cil to make sidewalk and drive entrance improvements improve-ments within said Special Improvement District 89-1 89-1 and to levy special taxes tax-es as provided in Chapter 16 of Title 10 of Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended on the real estate lying in said district dis-trict for the benefit of which taxes are to be expended ex-pended in the making of said improvements. DESCRIPTION OF DISTRICT Said proposed Special Improvement District 89-1 89-1 shall include the following fol-lowing properties: A. 624 West 400 South; 632 West 400 South; 646 West 400 South; 654 West 400 South; 647 West 400 South; 639 West 400 South; 621 West 400 South INTENDED IMPROVEMENTS A. 400 South Construction Construc-tion Project. The improvements im-provements lo be constructed con-structed within the 400 South Street Construction Project, in general, include in-clude the installation of sidewalk and drive entrances en-trances and other miscellaneous miscel-laneous work necessary to complete the work in i proper workmanlike manner. TIME FOR FILING PROTESTS Any person who is the owner of record of property prop-erty to be assessed in Special Improvement District 89-1, as described de-scribed in this Notice of Intention shall have the right to file, in writing, a protest against the cre- auon of said Special Improvement Im-provement District 89-1, or to make any other objections ob-jections relating thereto. Protests shall describe, or otherwise identify, the property owned of record by the person or persons making the protest. Protests shall be filed with the City Recorder of Vernal City, Utah, on or before 5 p.m. on the 12th day of June, 1989. Thereafter, There-after, at 8 p.m. on the 19th day of June, 1989, the City Council of Vernal Ver-nal City will meet in public pub-lic meeting in the City Council Chambers, 437 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, to consider all protests so filed and hear all objections relating to the proposed Special Improvement Im-provement District 89-1.
