"We used the testing to see how far along they are and see what we need to get them in good condition," stated Nawahine. "We timed them in the 40 yard dash and put them through the shuttle run and-had them jump over steps." Two-a-day practices from 8 a.m. to iu a.m. ana irom i p.m. to o p.m. began Tuesday and will take place 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m the rest of the week and Nawahine remarked, "The first thing we work on is the system, defensive and offen- sive.
