Officially beginning next week, Thursdays they will host an acoustic blues review and open mic at Bistro's upstairs bar, which Bentivegna promises will feel something like a modern-day blues-jazz, speakeasy. "Instead of just enjoying the winter months and hoping for the best for the next five months, we're trying to turn [Bistro 412s bar] inlo an off-season destination" says Bentivegna.
