Dean Jeffs Ryan, passed away Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, in Heber City, at the age of 93. He was born Sept. 25. 1911, in Heber City to David Leslie and LaVerna Jeffs Ryan. He was the oldest of four children. He is survived by two daughters: Sharon Jordan Jensen and Beverly Ryan; two grandchildren: Kim Jordan and Bryan Jordan; two great-grandchildren: Holly and Hailey Jordan; one surviving sisler. Phyllis Hastings; and one special nephew, Ray F. (Deloris) Walton. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geraldine; three brothers: Jack, Bill and Don Ryan; and both parents. The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful caregivers from IHC Hospice and Beehive Homes. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions in Dean's name be made to your favorite charity. Dean Ryan Funeral services will be held Wednesday. Feb. 2, i p.m. at Olpin-Hoopcs Funeral Home, 28K North Main St.. Heber City. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the Heber City Cemetery. Called a tri-cube octahedron, it was unlike anything they had ever seen! 'Hie architectural definition explained it as "tri," meaning three; "cube." a geometric figure with six equal sides; and "octahedron," a solid figure with eight plane surfaces.
