Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 16th day of January, 1991, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse Court-house located at 50 East State, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Richard L. Morrison, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded March 15, 1988 as Entry No. 818705, in Book 1223, at Page 438, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 51 Phillips Street, Layton, in Davis County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 8, PHILLIPS SUB- t DIVISION, a subdivision of ; part of Section 28, Township 4 I North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the offi- 1 cial plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded September 12, 1990 as Entry No. 902146, in Book 1370, at Page 761, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed, DATED this 13th day of December, 1990.
