ORA-014-90 BEFORE THE DIVISION OF OIL, GAS AND MINING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION AP-PLICATION OF BMTERMOUNTAIN OIL CO. FOR A USED OIL COLLECTOR COL-LECTOR PERMIT FOR THE STATE OF UTAH THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED MATTER. Notice is hereby given that the Division Divi-sion is commencing an informal adjudicative adju-dicative proceeding to consider the application ap-plication filed on November 21, 1990, by Corwyn K. Winegar, representative for Intermountain Oil Co., 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010 Telephone (801) 295-2493, for approval ap-proval of a used oil collector permit. The proposed operations will be conducted con-ducted utilizing two vehicles with capacities of 7000 and 2800 gallons. Approximately 1,000,000 gallons per year of used oil will be collected from various sources and transferred to approved ap-proved treatment and recycling facilities. Administrative approval of this application ap-plication will be granted unless an objection ob-jection is filed by a person authorized to participate as a party in this adjudicative proceeding within fifteen days after publication of this notice. If such an objection ob-jection is received, an informal adjudicative adju-dicative hearing will be scheduled before the presiding officer of the Division. Divi-sion. The application in this matter may be inspected in the office of the undersigned under-signed at the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining, 355 West North Temple, Suite 350, Salt Lake City, Utah.
