Show Subs for soldier-principal Jarman heads WX school Richins will complete an administrative ad-ministrative endorsement program with Utah State University in the spring. He has been performing arts chairman and director of instrumental instrumen-tal music at Woods Cross High School for the past 14 years. He has a master's degree from the University Univer-sity of Utah. w WOODS CROSS - In a move to provide leadership on a temporary tem-porary basis for Woods Cross High School, Michael C. Jarman was named as acting principal and Stephen Richins was named temporary tem-porary administrative intern. Dr. Larry Smith will continue in his role as assistant principal. The action was necessary to fill the position posi-tion left vacant when Principal Wal-ly Wal-ly Hawkins was called to active military service. Principal Hawkins is a field medic with the Army 328th General Hospital and has been deployed to Germany with the expectation of going on to Saudi Arabia. The call-up call-up is for a minimum of six months. Hawkins will return to the leadership leader-ship position at Woods Cross High School when he is released from his duty with the reserve unit. Jarman has been a member of the administration of the school since 1980 as an assistant principal with the responsibility of the school's curriculum and related matters. Jarman is a native of Kaysville and has educational experience an an assistant principal, counselor and teacher of mathematics. He is a graduate of the University of Utah. |
