Show Self-esteem class offered Typically, the adolescent years are a time of self-doubts and insecurity. in-security. Many times parents wonder what they can do to help their children feel better about themselves. Hie Parent Education Resource Center is offering a class called Teaching Adolescents Self-Esteem to be taught by Craig Berthold, LCSW, of the Bountiful Health Center. This class will help parents teach their children how to feel better about themselves. The class will be held Oct 24 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Monte Vista Center, 100 S. 200 E., Farmington. Farm-ington. The cost is $3 per person or couple. Preregistration is required and can be accomplished by visiting the Parent Education Resource Center at 120 W. 3000 N., Layton, or by calling 773-7571. |
