Show License revoked A condominium in Bountiful has caused a Salt Lake man's real estate license to be suspended for three years. In 1987, Ted Murdock received exclusive rights to sell the condominium of Cora Anderson located at 175 E. 1100 N. 19 in The Division of Real Estate in the Department of Commerce charges that Murdock presented an offer to Anderson in which an acquaintance ac-quaintance of his acted as a straw buyer of the condominium. Murdock Mur-dock then took possession of the property and failed to make the payments on the property. The condominium con-dominium was subsequently foreclosed which adversely affected Anderson's credit The Division of Real Estate has also issued seven Cease and Desist Orders to six individuals including Paul Franklin Clint (dba Indian City, Inc. andor Crystal Mountain) Boyd Fullmer; D.W. Crosby; Richard Wilson; and Max Smith. The division claims that the respondents have been offering to sell subdivisions which are not registered pursuant to the provisions provi-sions of the Utah Land Sales Practices Prac-tices Act. The division also served a second Cease and Desist Order to Paul Franklin Clint claiming that he has been acting as a real estate agent in the Crystal Mountain subdivision (aka Indian Ridge subdivision) without a sales agent license. The division served a Cease and Desist order to Lavon Broderick.
