New teachers at Centerville JHS music and band. He graduated from the University of North Texas and received his master's degree from Northwestern University. He enjoys hiking, skiing, backpacking and distance running. Brad will be the school's new boys' basketball coach and will teach English. A native of Tennessee, Ten-nessee, he is a graduate of Weber State College and he and his wife, Cindy, live in Syracuse with three daughters. Six new teachers have been added add-ed to the faculty of Centerville Junior Ju-nior High School for the 1990-91 school year. They are Heidi Schwartz, Shelly Hembury, Mary Melton, Steve Dunn, Brad Kerr and Mike Wooley. Heidi is a graduate of Idaho State University in Pocatello and spent the past school year as a substitute teacher in the Davis School District after moving here from Idaho. She teaches life and physical science. A recent graduate of Utah State University with a major in home economics and a minor in Russian, Shelly, who got married last week, has worked the past seven years for Nuttall-Bemina Company as a sewing sew-ing teacher. A native of Boulder, Colo., Mary attended Colorado State University. She has lived in Utah for the past 1 8 years, and she and her husband have six children. She worked for the Davis School District for the past eight years as a teacher assistant in resource at Centerville Junior High. She enjoys reading, needlecraft and yoga.
