V-' 4 ' 4 4 ' ' & C ; ' ' Shirley Fontaine-Furlong and Dottie Burnham have recently completed the newest residential sales council course, "Computer Applications for the Residential Specialist" held in Salt Lake City. The Residential Sales Council cf the Realtors National Marketing Institute In-stitute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The Council Coun-cil is dedicated to providing quality education for the residential real estate associate. Courses are presented in various cities throughout the year. The RS 206 is the newest course developed by the RS Council. During Dur-ing the two-day course, Fontaine-Furlong Fontaine-Furlong and Burnham acquired skills in using the personal computer com-puter to gain greater efficiency. The course included hands-on training on the latest computer equipment. "This course is one of a series of courses which leads to the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Residen-tial Specialist) designation. The nationally recognized designation is a symbol of excellence in residential residen-tial sales. Along with successfully completing the required courses, the sales associate must demonstrate expertise in applied residential marketing.
