Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposal will be received by the Uuh Department Depart-ment of Transportation UDOTDPS Building (2nd Floor). 4301 Soulh 2700 Weal, Salt Lake City, Uuh. Ml 19. until 2 o'clock p.m. Tuesday. March 27, 1990. and atlhal time pul-licly pul-licly opened for Bituminous Surfacing in Cache, Dsvia and Weber Counties, the um being that section of SR-238, SR-165. SR-165. SR-37, SR-107, SR-108, SR-106, SR-98 and SR-126 identified a Slate Maintenance Project No. NT-9999123), The length of road lo be constructed or improved ia 2.32 miles, and the principal items of work are approximately as followi: Untreated Base Court S " or 1" maximum 6000 Ton, Bmm.no! Material Grade AC-10 Vacosity Graded Asphalt 170 Ton, Bitummoua Surface Courae Vi Maximum Max-imum 4500 Ton. The project is lo be completed by June 15, 1990. A contractor bcenae is required prior to bidding. Proposal forms, plans, and pacifications are on fik in the office of the Utah Department of Transportation. Salt Lake City and the office of its District Director al Ogden, Richfield, Price A Cedar City where they may be reviewed by prospective bidder. Specifications, proposal forma, and plans may be obtained only al the Department Offices at Salt Lake City, upon application and payment of a fee of $5.00, none of which will be refunded. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Department; or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5 of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required- The right to reject any of all bida is reserved.
